This vintage cookbook pamphlet has no date.  Suspect it is from between the 1930s and 1950s.  It was published by Maple Leaf Milling Company Ltd or Winnipeg, Toronto & Montreal Canada. They highlighted their Cream of the West Flour.  See the back cover for a great logo for that product.

Booklet is shaped to look like a present.  Has cut corners to give it a three dimensional look. Has green and gold paper with a big gold bow and ribbon.  Leaping deer and stars are the pattern.  Is that vintage or what?

Contains:

Menus for three different Christmas Dinners and a Buffet Christmas Supper.

Recipes are organized in Appetizers, Main Dishes, Salad & Vegetables, and The Sweet Course.

This booklet was authored by Anna Lee Scott. She did several cookbooks for Maple Leaf over the years.  These publications started in the 1920s.  Hence my dating is based on her life span and the style of the cover art.
