In good condition.

The front cover has a light bend to it and there is, looks like, some light dirt or fading on it.

The pages are in real good reading condition.

The first 20 or so pages have some crinkling like they got wet on the bottom.

The binding is still good and sturdy.

The pages are starting to show some typical light yellowing and the outside edges of the pages have some marks on them.

The corners of the cover has scuffing and typical wear.

There is a small hole on the top of the binding.
