ECU Programming

Some ECU need to be re-programmed to work in the car for a variety of reasons. Most often the replacement ECU will need to be re-programmed to the cars immobilizer. Other times the ECU may store the cars VIN number and other important information. Whether you buy a quality used ECU from us or a new one from the dealership; some type of programming may need to be done before your car will start and run properly. ECU programming must be done by a Dealership or mechanic that has the proper tools to do it. Unfortunately, we do not know which computers need to be programmed and which do not.
