Rare! 9.5" x 12" format, 3 numbered pages including cover plus ads, copyright 1912 by L. Digoudé-Diodet/Chappell. Two-tone turquoise and black colour printed cover featuring monochrome photo of Simone Simon.

Fairly good condition with mild wear (mostly to edges and corners) and mild-to-moderate ageing (foxing, etc.) to covers and throughout. 

There's an ink stamp to the bottom right of the front cover (Rosenbloom Bros., Edinburgh). 

Printed score is bright, bold and unmarked.
