Green Stuff World Earthy Pigments
Fluor Pigments
Bright coloured fluorescent pigments are able to glow under ultraviolet light, available in many varying colours for a wide variety of distinctive effects for your models. Apply these fluor pigments directly over any surface. We recommend mixing them with mediums, paints, varnish, or pigment fixers for them to stay permanently.
These pigments are non-toxic, but you should avoid inhaling the dust.
Contents: 1 bottle of 30ml.
Glow in the Dark
Luminescent Glow in the Dark powder are able to collect energy from light and store the light energy for some time making them glow for hours afterward, even when the light source is turned off.
The maximum luminescence remains for 20-30 minutes, after which the energy gradually fades.
The process of absorbing light energy can be achieved simply by exposure to light. Ultraviolet lights have the ability to overload these pigments strongly.
GSW ultra glow powder is a phosphorescent product that can be mixed with water and non-water based mediums to be fixed. We recommend using them in the combination with master mediums, paints, varnish, or UV resin for them to stay permanently. These luminescent pigments can also be mixed with fluor pigments to enhance the daylight colour. The lighting strength will decrease as more fluorine pigments are added.
These powder are non-toxic, but you should avoid inhaling them.
Contents: 1 bottle of 30ml.
Warning:
The glow in the dark pigments, yellow and orange, will light up differently depending on the type of light with which they are charged.
- If the light used is ultraviolet, Yellow will be Yellow and Orange will be Orange.
- If the light used is white light or natural light, Yellow and Orange will have a Greenish colour in the dark.
Pure Metal Pigments
A new special range of powder pigments, Pure Metal Pigments. They are pigments elaborated from real metals, giving them a high degree of realism.
For their application it is recommended to mix them with a small amount of some medium (varnish, paint, pigment fixer, but we especially recommend Master Medium) and apply it by extending it as much as possible onto the surface. An excessive amount of medium can attenuate the metallic effect. An adequate amount of medium will allow the pigments to be airbrushed.
They can be mixed with other colours and paints to add variations or hues. They can be used with both acrylic and non-acrylic paints and mediums and in combination with epoxy resins. They can be also used in combination with accelerating oxidation products to create real oxidation effects. They can be polished after application with something smooth. It is recommended to apply onto matte surfaces for a better grip.
Content: 30ml
REMARKS:
- Each bottle includes 30ml of the product by volume. Due to the high compaction capacity of these pigments, when opening the can, it could give the visual sensation of including less product. If the bottle is shaken before use, the pigment will decompress, filling the 30ml offered volume.
- These pigments are not toxic, but you should avoid inhaling their dust.
- Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool and dry place to avoid its oxidation.
- Once painted or sealed with a medium, even acrylic, it will not rust.
Master Medium
A Master Medium for acrylic paints is a type of medium that can be added to acrylic paint to change its properties and make it behave more like oil paint. It can be used to increase the paint's ability to level, increase its transparency, extend colour, increase integrity, ease the flow of paint, extend its drying time, and add flexibility and adhesion.
If used together with earthy Pigments, metallic pigments, fluorescent pigments or even luminescent (Glow in the Dark) pigments, you can create your own paint.
Valid for brush and airbrush.
Available in: 17ml & 60ml bottles
