Hair Gallery dispatches its orders within 24 hours of receipt of the received payment.
For all orders received from 2.00 pm onwards, the processing of the order within the same day is not guaranteed.

The products purchased on hair_gallery shop will be delivered in The UK in 8/10 working days from the order's payment.

Obviously, we cannot guarantee delivery time as there are many variables that affect this timing, for many of which Hair Gallery is not responsible  (eg strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, etc.). Under these circumstances the customer will not be able to claim compensation.

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Hair Gallery or its delegate. The goods travel at our risk.
In case of theft / loss, Hair Gallery agrees to send new products(if unavailable and / or out of stock a refund will be offered and the company will issue a credit note relating to the product itself.

To receive the products quickly and in time and to prevent your shipment from being delayed due to storage reasons, we recommend indicating the address where you spend most of the day (e.g. workplace) or where there is a trusted person that can pick up your package.

The goal of Hair Gallery is to always guarantee complete customer satisfaction for every purchase made.

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the portal within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of reception of the order provided that the goods are intact, never used and resalable.

Once Hair Gallery receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the same, the company will make the refund within and no later than 2 working days.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal if the item arrives damaged, defective, not conforming to the description or if he has changed his mind about the purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products.

To initiate a return process, select the item you wish to return from purchases or proceed as follows:

  1.  Find the item in your Purchase History and select Return this Item.
  2.  Select the reason for the return.
  3.  If the item arrived damaged or defective, you can add up to 10 photos showing any scratches or defects.
  4.  Select Submit.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for sealed products that do not lend themselves to being replaced for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened, used or show signs that cause non-resalability after delivery.

Therefore, the returned products must be:

properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged or soiled) and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation;

cosmetic products must not be opened or used, without obvious signs of use. That is, they must not bear traces of any type of use and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.

For the return of all products, in particular for electronic devices, Hair Gallery, before accepting the return, reserves the right to ask for photos to demonstrate the perfect integrity of the item to be returned.

Once Hair Gallery receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the same, the aforementioned company will make the refund no later than 2 days from receipt of the returned product.

For the return and shipment of the product, the Customer is free to use a courier of his choice, for which he will bear the costs and will be fully responsible for them.

The customer must make this shipment within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the return request and send the goods to:

Important notes

The transport costs for the return of the products and the responsibility of the goods, for damage, theft and loss during shipment, as required by law, are charged to the customer.

In case of transport damage occurred during the return, Hair Gallery will notify the customer within 5 (five) working days from receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the courier used for transport.

The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time.

If the product received does not conform to the one ordered, it is possible to request a free exchange with the desired product.

The product sent incorrectly will be collected at the expense of Hair Gallery Europe S.r.l by the selected courier .

Please note that the collection can only be scheduled once. In case of unsuccessful collection, the shipment for the return of the goods will be charged to the customer.

If the product received is damaged or defective (e.g. broken bottle and leaked product), you can request a new free shipping of the same product. Photographic evidence of damage will be required for insurance purposes. Partial refunds or replacements may also be offered.

In case of refusal at the time of delivery for an order correctly processed and already paid, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs.

Hair Gallery disclaims any liability for products that have caused an allergic reaction. If the customer experiences an allergic reaction from using the product, we invite you to stop using it immediately and consult a doctor.
