ITEMS ARE ONLY RETURNABLE IF DEFECTIVE, OR DOA. Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper/shipping company!

ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM or DID NOT FIT YOUR APPLICATION!

Unless otherwise stated, should the item we sold you fail within 30 days, we will exchange it for another of the same/compatible item and condition. If we do not have another in stock, we will issue a partial refund (based upon time remaining of warranty) back to your account instead.

Please contact us for a return authorization number BEFORE shipping any item back. Items will NOT be accepted for return without a return authorization number.

Buyer to pay return shipping charges on all warranty exchanges. Defective items must be returned before a replacement/refund will be issued.
