EAGLE HEAD Western Belt Buckle
DESCRIPTION:
Manufactured by Award Design Medals (ADM) of Noble, Oklahoma, a company which ceased operations in 2000
From ADM's Premier Collection, which featured Western buckles with elaborate, intricate, and complex designs and made from high-end materials/finishes, including high-carat gold plate and heavy silver plate.
Materials: I have owned many ADM buckles, including others from the Premier Collection. I cannot say definitively what materials were used in this buckle as it's not marked and the sticker that may have had this info is missing from the back of the buckle. I'm pretty certain the substrate material is solid brass with the other components bonded/plated to it. ADM made very high quality buckles, and this one is no exception.
What's great about the buckle design is the four colors work very well together, and the silver eagle's head really stands-out against the black area surrounding it.

I've owned this buckle for 19 years and haven't worn it much at all during that time. I bought it because I liked the design and thought the eagle looked fierce and really popped/stood-out. I've never seen another one like it on eBAY.
Condition: Entire front of buckle shows moderate wear (primarily scratches and a few very small scuffs) with noticeable/visible scratches to high polish silver eagle head as well as a wide light line running downward from the eagle's eye to the neck at a 45-degree angle. I'd call condition Good+ given that the buckle shows moderate wear but has no significant issues/damage. Please review the listing photos as they are an integral part of the condition description.
