I don't know what brand this is. It's a nice bike in pretty good condition. It has a racing cover that fits over the front of the bike and slides into a couple small pegs under the exhaust. I've seen pictures of similar bikes without this so I don't know if it originally came with this bike or someone added to it. Since it does have something to attach to it must have been with the bike.
It does have one small problem (depending on your view).
The right brake grip is broken off at the handle bar. There's just a little stub there.
