International Customers: There could be additional costs with Customs taxes.  I have no control of these taxes and this is not included in the price of the item. 

Damage to the shipping box is to be expected.  If the item itself is not damaged, I will not be held responsible for box damage.  I can double box, but this costs extra and you must notify me before buying.
