Interesting 1925 cover from Washington DC to Dorchester MA. 1 cent Hueguenot-Walloon pair over senate free frank; corner card of the committee to audit and control the contingent expenses of the senate. Frank is probably that of William Calder, who had been chair of the committee until 1923.
