this is a Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom card from Walt Disney World.  These cards are no longer available in the parks, and this one was harder to find.  It's card #7 called Flynn Rider's Flying Frying Pan, and features Flynn and Maximus from Tangled.  It is a star card.  Please let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for looking and bidding!
