Shipment:
• We ship every day. We ship most orders within 1-2 working days of payment received. We have tracking number for every package.
• If you still haven't received your order after 20 days, please contact us, we will investigate the delivery problem and give you a satisfied solution.

Our ordering system will automatically download the order, so your order may already be sent when you write us another request for payment. For this reason we can’t do anything anymore, further work is impossible.
