12" vented subwoofer enclosure (side slot vented)

This is designed for a low cost basic box option, to a general spec, for the majority of woofers to produce a good 50/50 mix of sound quality sql and sound pressure spl. 

Although a basic box -  each box is hand made by me and every care and attention is put into it to make sure it is of good quality and most importantly to the spec a 12 inch vented box needs to be. Other retailers selling pre designed vented boxes - they are undersized and out of spec, some unbelievably even selling 'sealed spec' boxes with a cheap plastic vent stuck in them. Sealed boxes average 25% smaller than vented requirements. This just restricts bass and can even damage the woofer.

This enclosure has all the essential points needed for a good quality box: 

18mm mdf construction
Glued, brad nailed, screwed, sealed joints. 
Rounded entrance and exit on the port - to stop blowing/port noise. 
It will come with a standard terminal cup shown in pics with female internal connectors.
