Overall this Victorian mirror is in good antique condition, with slight signs of use and wear to the mirror and frame, as to be expected from an item with age.

There are historical signs of woodworm to the back of the frame that have been professionally treated by the previous owner, but this has caused wood to come loose and cause damage (see photographs).

There was a historic crack to a join in the mahogany frame that has been glued (see photograph).

Some of the wood to the back of the frame has slight come away, exposing some signs of construction nails.
