Disney Frozen pink Elsa and Anna watch in very good condition.  This was never removed from the box. The watch still has the original security band and plastic covering over the watch glass.  Clamshell case in excellent condition with partial sticker on back.  Watch has been working while in our shop.   Button to press to hear Let it Go does not work.

Note:  Metal, silver, gold and jewels reflect everything around them (including us!).  We photograph our items to the best of our ability, but we are not professionals. Also, colors may not be the same on your computer screen as it is on ours. We do recommend professional cleaning on silver and gold items.

Items are sold as is and as described.   We take pride in our merchandise. Our items come from a smoke free/pet free environment. 

We do not accept returns unless we have made an error in the description or an item has been damaged in shipping.   If an item has been damaged, photograph the item and packaging upon receipt, and email us the information and photos,  and we will make arrangements for refund. Please do not discard damaged item or packaging as they will be needed for insurance claims.
