AMAZING VERY LARGE WOODEN CARVED ANTIQUE CHESS SET. THE LARGEST PIECE {THE KING} IS APPROX 10" H. THE PAWNS ARE 5"H.  THERES SOME EXPECTED SRFACE WEAR FROM BEING HANDLED FOR THE LAST 100 YEARS OR SO BUT OVERALL THEY ARE IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION. THERE IS NO BOARD.  I WILL BE ADDING MORE PICTURES. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OUT MY OTHER GR EAT UNDER PRICED ITEMS.someone contacted me and asked  if there were any cracks or chips. i examined all the pieces  and found three pieces that  are slightly damaged. one of the white rooks has a minor crack down one side only-  one blck pawn has a small chip . the black king has a small repair. i have added pictureS of these very minor defects. THE KNIGHTS ALONE HAVE TO BE WORTH 50.00 EACH
