Lever-operated, this Reliance Water Controls tenant valve has 1" BSP female connections. A compact and easy to install self-contained ball-type isolating valve, it provides a variety of control and monitoring functions and is ideal for use in multi-unit premises, such as blocks of flats or office buildings. This valve is approved for use as a stop valve, pressure reducing valve (PRV), dual reading pressure gauge/test point and as a connection point for a Class A water meter.
