This listing is for a vintage Gymboree rainbow tag one piece outfit. 

Can be unisex with the blue overall color with red trim details. Metal red double buttons on the chest. One of the buttons has a scratch resulting in some paint loss. No rust present on the metal buttons. 

Blue stripe leg cuffs have good elastic, still stretchy, no dry rot. 

Maybe some light yellowing on the white background of the leg cuffs.

Matching blue stripe detail on inside and outside backside top. 

Small red bow detail at small of back area. 

Rainbow Gymboree tag on lower left leg. 

Tag states Made in Hong Kong, 100% Cotton, machine wash cold. 

It is tagged size medium, but measurements taken while laying flat are below:
