This is a gorgeous Black Slinky Estevez 3/4 Sleeve Dress from Australian designer label Manning Cartell.

Featuring a crepe jersey fabric that has some stretch, 3/4 sleeves, shoulder pads, cowl neckline with a lace insert, and a rear zip closure.

A beautiful dress to wear to that special occasion.
