Year 2002. If not, then we presume it to be newer – less than 20 years
old (or 2002 to present).
NOTE: Our
Camera may or may not capture the exact true color of an item in photos; could
be lighter or darker, more vivid, brighter, or have different hues, etc. in
person. Feel free to ask for more photos or more details if needed prior
to purchasing.

MAKING/ACCEPTING OFFERS: We will consider and respond to Reasonable offers only. If
we reply with a Counteroffer, it will be firm based on the lowest and best
price we can accept for that item. If an Offer is accepted by both of us, you

QUALITY MERCHANDISE: We take pride in the merchandise we offer for sale and HAND SELECT
each item we sell for its best use, highest quality, beauty, uniqueness,
rarity, desirability, value, and overall condition. Rarely do we sell items that are ripped,
torn, stained, chipped, cracked, damaged, etc, unless the flaw is so
slight that it does not detract from its beauty or functionality. We will
disclose any known flaws in the condition description and provide photos. We
will also mark “As is” in the Title. Please see “Preowned Condition” for
more details.
PRE-OWNED/VINTAGE CONDITION: Most
items we sell are gently used or
vintage (20 years or older) and may have slight imperfections or light wear and
tear due to age or prior use. We will describe the item’s condition in the
listing “as we see it” at the time we listed it to the best of our ability and
provide photos; however, we may not capture everything exactly. We do wash,
iron, clean, dust, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. the majority of the items we
sell, when it is safe to do so, prior to listing and shipping. Some vintage
items we leave alone and sell “as they are”. Please see “Quality Control” for details.
QUALITY
CONTROL: We inspect all items we sell 3 times – 1) when we purchase it; 2)
prior to listing it for sale; and, 3) prior to shipping it out. We will notify you of any change in the item’s
condition prior to shipping the item to you and give you the opportunity to
decide if you still want the item or if you want to cancel the order.
SHRINKAGE
ALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING: Pre-owned
clothing that is machine washable or made of a fabric like 100% Cotton that
shrinks, more likely than not has been washed and dried one or more times prior
to our obtaining them. And we most often wash, dry, and/or freshen the
garments one more time according to their care
instructions to prepare them for resale. Please be aware that some shrinkage
may have occurred over time during these cleaning processes.
Please refer to the measurements and view all photos before purchasing. Ask
questions if needed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We only ship to verified
domestic U.S. mailing addresses. We will
offer you multiple shipping options for you to choose the best possible price
for your shipping destination; however, we reserve the right to select a
different shipping method if we find it necessary to do so. If you want us to
ship via a shipping method exclusively, please include a message in your order
telling us to only ship via that shipping method. Please know that whatever shipping method we end
up using, it will always be comparable or an upgrade to the one you paid for, at
no additional cost to you
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We participate in eBay’s Global Shipping
Program for international orders. All orders are sent to Ebay’s Global Shipping
Distribution Center in Kentucky (via Domestic Shipping methods). They handle
all the international shipping logistics and will ship the item to you from
there. If you have questions about the
Global Shipping Program, their international shipping process, import/duties
charges, invoices/paying for your order, etc., please contact eBay directly.
NONPAYMENT: If we do not receive payment from you for
an item (or items) you agreed to purchase from us within 4 calendar days from
date you committed to purchase the item(s), your order will be automatically cancelled
for Nonpayment and eBay will record an Unpaid Cancellation on your account. Buyer’s who have 2 or more unpaid
cancellations will not be able to purchase again from our store. Excessive Unpaid
cancellations may also result in limits being imposed by other Sellers or by
eBay, and you may lose your buying privileges indefinitely. Please see “Making Offers/Accepting
Offers” and “Order Cancellation Policy” for more details.
ORDER CANCELLATION
POLICY: In accordance to Ebay’s Buyer
Policies, “All Buyers are responsible for reading the full item listing before
making a bid or offer, buying, or committing to buy an item from Sellers on the
eBay platform. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item
when you buy, commit to buy an item, your offer for an item is accepted, or if
you have the winning bid (or your bid is otherwise accepted).” However, if you make a purchase and then
request to cancel the order for any reason, we will accept the order
cancellation request as long as the item has not already been
shipped. If the order cancellation request is accepted, and payment was
received for the order, we will process your refund promptly. It takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to
process completely.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: We offer 30 day returns on Select Items in our
store. When returns are offered in the listing, return requests
will be accepted for items purchased within 30 days from date return request is
received. If a return is accepted, you are responsible for paying the shipping
cost to return the item to us. If a refund is offered and/or required, Refunds
will be calculated for the amount paid for the item only. We do not refund
original shipping cost, unless required by eBay to do so. All items must be
returned in the same condition as received and seen in listing photos, with
tags still attached (if applicable), and without signs of use, wear, washing,
etc. in order for a refund to be honored. That is, the item must be in
resellable condition. Each return request will be handled accordingly on a
case by case basis.
WORK ETHICS: We
believe in honest and ethical dealings and feel strongly about open
communication between seller and buyer. We make every effort to fully describe
each item, take photos from different angles, provide measurements, give as
much detail about the item as possible, tell a story if we have one, and
sometimes provide suggestions and ideas for using the item. We will
provide full disclosure regarding chips, cracks, rips, tears, stains, snags, or
any other imperfections. If an issue arises, we will do everything we can
to work with you to arrive at a fair and equitable resolution/
MISTAKES: We
work hard to provide excellent service to our customers and strive to maintain
our reputation as being a fair, honest, and ethical seller. However, mistakes
can and will happen. We are imperfect humans. Please let us know right away if
an error has been made. Please be assured that we will do everything we can to
fix it quickly. We believe that all problems can be resolved if the buyer works
and communicates with us.
