Made by the Pearl Wick Company around 1950 

The seat and the back are Vinyl covered

There is one small crack on one corner of the seat...see photo

There is light surface rust on the legs

Otherwise this sturdy chair is in great condition

I have this for both local pick up and shipping. If shipped, it will be disassembled.
