Cool old Chevy Vtg paper for the 1972 V8 recall caused by Ralph Nader for V8 Chevrolets. They would use a cable to correct the issue. I'm not sure on the vin number on which car this was used for. Owner was a new market Virginia resident. Excellent shape has been in the envelope for 50 years found in an older estate. Cool item for collectors and owners of Impalas novas etc.
