Suction cups or outdoor-rated 3M Dual Lock "hook & loop" strips (RF6760) can be included as two options for damage-free mounting on hard, smooth surfaces (fiberglass, glass, etc).  25 mm long M4 stainless steel Phillips head machine screws and locknuts are also an option to hard mount your caddy. There is a drainage hole in the phone holder that could easily double as access to plug in a phone charger.
