All of our insects have been imported legally into Canada including all CITES specimens listed.

All specimens are dead, dried, papered and free of pests ready for rehydrating and mounting.

We sell and ship Worldwide.

Unless otherwise stated all photographs are stock photo's which accurately display the specimen you are receiving. You will not receive an exact facsimile (but it will be close) of the pictured photo as there may be very minor differences to the size and colour.

Shipping Costs:

Pay $25.00 for Tracked Packet International Airmail for multiple items up to 1/4 Kg (250 grams), multiple items over 1/4 Kg (250 grams) or if a second box is required add and additional $25.00.  

CANADA POST DOES NOT SHIP TO CHINA WITH A TRACKING NUMBER!!

 We ship by Canada Post Small Packet to the United States and by Canada Post  International Small Packet to the rest of the World.  

Combined Shipping:

We provide for combined shipping on multiple item purchases. We pack as many specimens per box as possible in a safe manner. If you wish us to hold your items for 1 to 4 weeks please pay for your auction and let us know you would like your items held.

We ship within 4 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Return Policy:

Parcels are well packed for delivery in order to mitigate any damage due to postal shock or rough handling.

At the time of packing; 

 specimens are the quality as stated in this description, consequently we are not responsible for minor postal damage (i.e. antennae damage/leg damage); damage from Customs Inspections or damage caused when the parcel is unpacked. We generally do not replace damaged specimens.

We do offer a 14 day money back or exchange policy for excessively damaged specimens due to postal shock or rough handling.
