This is a 1998 Stan plush! It's not like other models where it's for display, I'd say it's more for playing with than displaying.
The feet are perfect, and so are the eyes! The jacket's a little busted, and the tag is off. If you want both the tag and the plush, you can message me asking for the tag as well!
