dark red hardcover has wear, edge wear, bumped corners, rubbing, spots.  binding a bit loose.  pencil writing on map endpapers some spots /yellowing on title page.  390 pages overall very good /clean with light yellowing/age toning.  fold out map in rear.  inside hinge between last page and map is cracking with webbing exposed.         great reading, reference, study, decorating. book would look great on your bookshelf.. Please  look at the photographs.
