In fair condition with normal wear and marks, the latch for the pin is broken. Measures 2 1/2" long. I try to find any defects but I can't guarantee I'll see them all. No returns unless item is not as described. This is an older item and therefor is no longer perfect as the day it was made. Save on combined shipping.
