You are buying a VINTAGE AMUSING BABY SQUIRT TOY.

It is in New Condition, in original box. 

It is made out of plastic and measures 3 3/4 inches tall.  I tested it with water and can't get it to squirt.  The hose could be clogged or there is not a perfect seal.  Maybe you can tinker with it for better results.

It also has sleepy eyes that close when you tilt it back. 

The arms and legs move too.  Made in HONG KONG.
