•  New (opened) - Phone has been opened but has no signs of use. It may have been activated but comes with 12 months vendi warranty. The battery health is 100%. It can come with a generic box.

•  Excellent - The phone is in premium condition and may have minor hairline marks. The battery health is between 90-100%.

•  Great - The phone has been used and can have light scratches/marks on the screen or casing. The battery health is between 85-100%

•  Good - The phone has clear signs of use with possible scratches and dents but is fully functional. The battery health is between 80-100%.
