A genuine Victorian era senior British Army officer sash set as worn during Ceremonial and formal events. Made from embroidered wire bullion which is stitched onto red leather. Original internal button tie to keep sash secure on parade still attached.

Sash fits for a person between the heights of 174 to 176 cm tall.

In excellent clean condition and look to have had very little use for over 120 years. The majority of the bullion wire has a very bright appearance, the leather is still supple and has a rich red color
