Ewok Tree House is in Great Pre-Owned Condition - Tree top pops and elevator works as it should .

Decals are in great shape - some wrinkling from age but they are all there and the colors are excellent.

Accessories are well played with:

- The hammock is broken where it attaches to the posts, but it still attaches there. 

- One chair is chewed up along the edges.

- There is a piece of the rope ladder that is included just because I don't want to throw it away

- The ramp does not have the supports to hold it up correctly

- The teeter totter/see saw is in great shape

- The drums are in great shape

I wiped down the tree but it needs a good cleaning in the nooks crannies of the straw roof and grass.
