Dimensions: approx. 24” tall by 10” in diameter, excluding brass spigot.  Brass is unpolished original patina (see photo #6)..

Made in England for Asian market.  Purchased by seller in Penang, Malaysia in 1976. Marked “Leadless glaze.”  Age estimating found on internet indicate this object could be circa 1900-1940.

Condition: Cracked lid carefully repaired (see photos #2, 3, and 4 showing inside and outside repair area).  One-inch chip on exterior rim, visible with lid in place (just to the right of the “leadless glaze” legend, see photo #5).  Original “candle” ceramic internal filter is missing.  Clean condition inside and out.

Shipping to be paid by buyer, originating location is Washington state, U.S.  Double layer packing, large carton and relatively heavy (likely $100+ shipping cost).  Recommend buyer provide shipping insuring.  Shipping quotation could be provided if there’s enough time on the auction.  Probably UPS or FedEx shipping would be lowest cost–but buyer will specify.
