He requires more gentle cleaning (I have cleaned him with soap/water so some of the dirty black marks may not come off).

He comes with the good condition brown plastic belt,as in photos,but no original packaging or instructions.

He is articulating and all arms and legs work well,the joints including the head are tight,apart from some dirty marks he is in good condition.

On the rear of his pants it says 1991 WCW.INC MFD GALOOB CHINA..
