**Please note that the majority of this product came in from our Supplier with the pad on the outside of the compact** Does not look like they all have the plastic inserts inside the compact that separates the pad from the powder. Picture in listing of the pad on the outside. 

**We are selling 2 of these compacts in which each have a crack in the powder (I am assuming from the shipping)**
The 2 shades affected are Tan 170 & Tan 175. I have pics of each of these compacts under that particular color above. Those 2 compacts will be sent out last so please understand that if you are buying either of these shades and the listing states you are purchasing the last one that is what you will receive. 

We are not discounting this further as we are already selling at a discount & there is nothing wrong with the product itself.  Just received the product & they are brand new in the box!!!

5.    We typically ship all items via USPS Ground Service. However, the shipping carrier we use is solely at our discretion regardless of what shipping service is stated in the listing. The tracking will show you what shipping service we use.

6.    We ship all items within 1-2 business days of your purchase and provide a tracking number.  

7.    We generally try to recycle and use boxes and packaging supplies from shipments we receive from major chains and other online retailers.

8.    Information about the item you are purchasing is taken right off the item itself or from the item’s website or a website from a major retail chain.  Please understand that what you see is what you get.  We do our very best to accurately describe and take plenty of pictures of the items you are purchasing.
