This is an authentic Eskandar necklace, note, Eskandar does not sign his jewelry. It is perhaps unsigned Monies sold through him. 

These are white lagrima, which have been polished and cut into halves, they have the appearance of shell. Multi-stand. Lovely. 

Excellent estate condition, likely never wore, from an extensive estate collection.
