Do you personalize / monogram these items yourself?

~No. I get these items already monogrammed from the Pottery Barn family of companies. I'm unable to personalize items.

Do you have items from previous seasons?

~Yes! I've been selling these items for several years and have some inventory from every Pottery Barn holiday season since then. See my other items for what's remaining.

How fast do you ship?

~We ship within 1-2 business days and offer the lowest cost shipping routes we can find. As the holidays get closer we will ship daily.

Are these items new?

~Yes! They are kicked out of the PB system due to monogram errors (wrong color, wrong font, slightly off center, etc.)

Are there any flaws?

~Occasionally there is a less than perfect monogram which is why I post close-ups of every monogram for you to see exactly what your buying.

Are the tags written on?

~Yes, at least the can be. Most often I receive these items with the store tag lined through or written on to prevent in store returns. I get them this way.

No. As these are seasonal items I only accept returns if I have made a mistake on the listing.
