-The item is BRAND NEW, HIGH QUALITY, AND AUTHENTIC (LICENSED FIGURE, Japan import). If there's an opened figure displayed in the images, it is from my own collection. I have never experienced any defective item from 1000+ items received for my own collection. All purchases are final and no returns allowed. A refund may only be requested within 14 days of receiving the item if the item is unopened and in re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund (packing tape must not be broken on the box as well as the item must be unopened in the sealed plastic). Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.
-Please understand that the box condition is sold as-is (will send a photo of the box condition before shipping at your request). I will not be responsible for any damages (dents, creases, or marks) to the box or the content during the shipment transit and there will be no exchanges/refunds.
-Prices are final and no offer will be accepted.
-Item will be shipped using Canada Post within five business days. During high volume of orders, the item may take up to 7 business days to ship at the latest. Usually takes about 1-3 weeks for the package to arrive.
-Canada Post is a reliable delivery method with tracking available so I will not be responsible for any lost packages.
-Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost (non of the buyers has been charged for any import/tax so far). These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's (US) customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
