AUCTION TERMS (PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING)
Lately I’ve been encountering a lot of deadbeats who think it’s okay to bid just as a goof and not honor their winning bids, so now I get to make eBay a little less fun by instituting rules for bidders and winners. Hooray.
When you place a bid, you are agreeing to abide by the terms listed below, so I strongly suggest reading them before bidding.
-First and foremost, if you bid, you are agreeing to pay! I’m not listing this item because I have nothing better to do, I want to sell it. If you’re bidding just for fun, you’re preventing someone who wants this item from being able to purchase it and keeping me from a sale. If doing that gets you off, then you have a problem. Turn off your computer or phone and go outside for a while.
-If you win, you will receive an invoice with total costs and payment info within three days of the auction’s end (unless you pay immediately through PayPal). If you do not receive an invoice from me in three days, please email me; it’s possible that the invoice I sent isn’t reaching you, and I’d hate to have a transaction go sour because of technical problems.
-Payment must be received within 7 days from when you receive an invoice from me. If 7 days is not enough time to get payment to me, please email me before you bid to clear it with me; I will usually okay it as long as you let me know ahead of time. If emailing to clear it with me is too much trouble for you, please take your business elsewhere.
-If I do not receive payment or an email response from you after 7 days, this transaction will be rendered null and void and your failure to pay will be reported accordingly.
-FEEDBACK: Since I seem to be leaving so many more feedbacks than I’m receiving, I have adopted a “leave feedback to get feedback” policy. If you’re satisfied with the transaction, please leave me feedback, and I will leave you feedback in return, usually within 24 hours. If you don’t think that leaving feedback is important, then I will assume that you feel the same way about receiving feedback.
-YES, I will combine shipping costs if you win multiple items from me.
-NO, I will not sell you this item outside of eBay, I’m not interested in making a “deal”, and if you don’t see a Buy It Now price, that means there’s no Buy It Now price.
-YES, I will gladly answer any questions you may have that aren’t answered in this listing. Please note that questions about subjects other than the item up for auction may not be answered to your satisfaction.
