This Christmas Village item comes from the Department 56 Heritage Village Collection in the North Pole Series titled "North Pole Dolls & Santa's Bear Works" from 1994. This set is in excellent condition and has been tested and works. There are no chips, cracks, or stains. I posed this with the buildings apart to show the integrity of each piece, however they do set up against each other with the smallest piece being in the middle. I included a stock photo to give an idea of what it should look like. It will come in it's original packaging. The outside sleeve does show age and wear.
