L’Azienda Agricola Damilano è una delle cantine storiche di Barolo dalle tradizioni antiche.

L’attività della famiglia Damilano risale infatti al 1890 quando Giuseppe Borgogno, bisnonno degli attuali proprietari, iniziò a coltivare e vinificare le uve di proprietà nel comune di Barolo. Giacomo Damilano, genero del fondatore, sviluppò con passione insieme ai figli il lavoro e l’amore per le sue vigne, selezionandole e curandole con abilità e attenzione e migliorando la qualità della vinificazione fino a renderla un “gioiello” da trasmettere con orgoglio ai suoi nipoti che – dal 1997 – sono alla guida dell’Azienda, gestendo le terre dei loro avi. La quarta generazione composta da Paolo, Mario e Guido Damilano ha saputo dare nuovo vigore e impulso all’azienda di famiglia, potenziando e sviluppando i frutti che un territorio così straordinario offre, con uno slancio sempre proiettato anche verso l’innovazione. La cura della Cantina Damilano è affidata alla scrupolosa attenzione di Guido Damilano, mentre lo sviluppo commerciale e il delicato rapporto con i clienti, è seguita da Paolo e Mario Damilano.

The Damilano farm is one of the historic Barolo wineries with ancient traditions.

The Damilano family's business dates back to 1890 when Giuseppe Borgogno, great-grandfather of the current owners, began cultivating and making wine from the grapes owned in the municipality of Barolo. Giacomo Damilano, the founder's son-in-law, passionately developed his work and love for his vineyards together with his children, selecting and taking care of them with skill and attention and improving the quality of the winemaking to the point of making it a "jewel" to be proudly passed on to his grandchildren who - since 1997 - have been at the helm of the company, managing the lands of their ancestors. The fourth generation made up of Paolo, Mario and Guido Damilano has been able to give new vigor and impetus to the family business, strengthening and developing the fruits that such an extraordinary territory offers, with an impetus always projected towards innovation. The care of the Damilano winery is entrusted to the scrupulous attention of Guido Damilano, while the commercial development and the delicate relationship with customers is followed by Paolo and Mario Damilano.
