Direction of Use
Apply a small amount of XFactor Stain Remover cleaner to a damp cloth and wipe clean. For heavy cleaning, spray directly on to the surface, leave for a few seconds and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Always patch test on an inconspicuous area first.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or via courier. Royal Mail terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection. Failing this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will strive to sort out a replacement package.
Please note, we are unable to send you a replacement package until it has passed the time frame specified for lost packages. Furthermore, we only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
Returns
