We are offering free flat rate shipping via FedEx ground for US
customers. For international shipping, FedEx economy service is our
standard service but we can ship USPS also. International
buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may incur. Please
note all International shipping is done through the eBay Global shipping
program. We may make an exception, please contact us with your request. If item
doesn’t offer Global shipping please contact us for a freight quote. We can all
bill all charges to your valid FedEx, UPS or DHL account. All items
are professionally boxed and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders
received by 2pm Central time will ship the same day. Expedited shipping
services offered via FedEx overnight, two day and saver.

Returns
If for
some reason you want to return the item you purchased, please call for an
RMA number and we ask that you pay for the return shipping. Any new
items must be returned in the original package with all accessories
included. Please double box to prevent the box from being damaged.
All items must be returned complete with all accessories and in the same
condition, it was shipped out in. Once we receive the item(s) back,
we will inspect and issue a refund within 48 hours.
