General wear to covers surfaces and edges / stressing at hinges, a few small cracks but not through. Corner bumps and rubs. Gift and owner names to front end papers / Phillips or Phipps, Eyre, Hames. Pages neatly in place with age spotting / foxing throughout. Note pencil notation to upper margin as shown.
