These are pre-owned boots/shoes and may need some cleaning.
We are not professional boot/shoe graders. The condition is based
on our personal assessment. If you disagree with our assessment, please
kindly let us know.
We are a non-smoking and pet-free environment, but we sell items
from various sources and cannot control the smell of each item.
These items may have odors associated with the previous owner, and or musty
smells sometimes associated with storage. Most of these smells will disappear
if they are thoroughly cleaned and/or aired out. Please consider this if
you decide to bid on a pre-owned item in our auctions.
Most of the boots/shoes that we sell are graded as GOOD or VERY GOOD
condition. We try to make every effort to let you know otherwise. Scuffing,
cracking, faded fabric, cracking print, cracking soles, uneven heel/sole wear
and missing tags, etc. are common on pre-owned, worn and or vintage boots/shoes. If the item is leather, sometimes the boots/shoes need a good leather conditioner, polish or cleaner
applied. Leather lasts a long time but needs to be conditioned and cared
for. Please take this into consideration as these are pre-owned boots/shoes.

PAYMENT:
Payment is due 3 working days upon receipt of our invoice. Payment can be made
via PayPal. If payment is not received within the said time period, an
automatic unpaid case will be opened against the buyer.
USA OR LOCAL SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. Shipping
and handling within the USA will vary depending on the shipping location
and or destination. The carrier used will determine the delivery dates and
times. This varies with each carrier. A safe time frame to consider
for shipping time is usually 2 to 10 business days. All complaints,
questions and/or insurance claims about delivery time or damaged items need to
be submitted to the carrier used.
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, Parcel Select or Federal Express/Smart Post or UPS.
We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipping that best fits the item depending on size and location and cost.
We cannot ship large and heavy items to a PO
Box, to Alaska or Hawaii. Please ask before buying.
We will use our best judgment in all cases and
circumstances.
COMBINED SHIPPING FOR USA SHIPPING ONLY:
We do combine shipping. The first item will be charged full
price for shipping and handling (the highest price). All items after that will
be charged half price for shipping and handling. If multiple items are
purchased, please let us know that you are purchasing multiple items and then
let us know when you are done with the bidding process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping and handling Worldwide will depend on the shipping location. Please
use the shipping calculator provided in the listing to determine your shipping
rate. Buyer is responsible for custom and taxes in their country. We can
ship via USPS International Priority. Insurance is mandatory on ALL
international shipping. If the item cannot be insured through the US Postal
Service for international shipping, for the full amount of the closing bid, it
will not be shipped.
RETURNS:
If you return an item, and the reason for return
is not a result of an error made by us, the cost of the original shipping and
handling will be deducted from your refund. You will be expected to pay for all
return shipping and handling costs. Please review all pictures carefully and be
sure to read all of the ad details. The item needs to be in the same
condition as it was when it left our inventory to receive a full
refund. Please notify us before you return the item and make sure to go
through eBay for the return.
