This full square dance petticoat is meant to be seen! From Avondale Canada, it's blue striped organza with ruffled satin finish along the bottom of each layer. Two layers of 3 rows of ruffles all attached to a blue cotton upper panel. 

Appears that the elastic has been replaced. Right above the label on the inside the elastic track has been opened up and the elastic appears to be hooked together with a safety pin. Easy to stitch if you want. Sold exactly as is.

Approximate measurement across the relaxed waist: 10 1/2" (stretches easily to 17"); from top of waist to hem is 21". 

I'm listing several more square dance petticoats, some vintage. I'll also be listing bundles of "damaged" petticoats in the next few weeks. These are all clean, but have stains or damage and would work for theater, crafts, etc.
