ComputerPro's services include supplying new, used and refurbished IT equipment, peripherals and parts to customers for over 12 years.

We operate standard office hours 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri and do not monitor eBay communications outside those times.

Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours from payment having cleared (excluding weekends, bank holidays etc),
and we endeavour to ensure in no more than 48 hours.

All items are carefully and thoroughly packaged, with sufficient packing materials to ensure each arrives in the same condition as it was sent.  

Insurance is included, in accordance with the sale value of the item. The cost of insurance is included in the delivery fee.

If your item is faulty, not as described, or we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and return it within 14 days (in its original packaging or suitable alternative) and we will supply a replacement (if available) or full refund, including the original P&P fee, provided that we are satisfied that the return is valid.

Refunds will be issued once the item(s) are received, and only if in the same condition as when shipped. *

* Any item(s) damaged in transit will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Our returns policy does not cover any items which have been damaged, misused, installed incorrectly, or employed under non-standard operating conditions, by the buyer.

Refunds will be made by the same method as the payment received.
