The book in GOOD overall condition.  There is some significant edge & corner wear & soiling of the covers, and a few dogear pages in the front.  SEE PHOTOS.  The internals are very good.  Clean and everything is crisp and clear to view.  No yellowing or other problems.  The binding is strong.  The staples are holding well, and they are not rusty or oxidized.  Just handle this book with care and you will get many years out of it.  Although it has some signs of its over 65 year age, this publication will make a fine addition to your collection.
