Vintage German Deutschland Manner Quartett Bergstrasse Baden-Wurttemberg Plaque

This is a very rare and interesting wall plaque.  It's a coppery brown color with maroon flocking on the back and I think it is made of metal.  It measures approximately 11 3/4" long, 8 1/4" wide and 1/4" thick.
