Please calculate your costs before buying or making an offer - these costs are NOT negotiable. 
REMEMBER - THE FARTHER AWAY FROM WISCONSIN YOU ARE, THE MORE THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE with Priority Mail.   Buyers farther away will have to use UPS Ground or Parcel Post for a better price.   I don't control how much postage is, nor do I ship items for free.  If you don't like the shipping price, find the item somewhere closer to you and you'll pay less for shipping. 
If FREE SHIPPING is offered, we reserve the right to choose the shipping service, and the shipping method / speed at our discretion based upon cost.    We will accommodate requests for shipping an item via a specific service at a nominal up charge.  For example, on a listing with free shipping, if you request shipping via UPS Ground service, but the cost of that service is more expensive than Priority Mail service, you would be responsible for the cost difference between the services, or you would have to accept the shipment via Priority Mail service.   That’s just how it’s gotta be, because I’m paying to ship it to you….  
We also reserve the right to choose to upgrade the service that you have paid for (first class mail to Priority, parcel post to Priority, UPS ground to 3 Day Select, etc.) at our discretion.  So please understand that an item may arrive earlier than the eBay shipping states.  (Can you believe people complain about that, that I actually have to include this!?)  
This may be due to cost savings, or due to handling delays to ensure that the item is delivered within the stated times; for instance, an item may take an extra day to get in our hands before we can ship it to you, so the service is upgraded so it arrives within the same time window as was initially stated.  

Our handling costs include:

    * Fees associated with listing and selling this item
    * Costs for labor / time to package items
    * Costs of packaging materials, tape, etc. 
    * Costs of getting packages to shipment in the quickest manner possible

For Items shipped using the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation: Please be aware that items sent via USPS First Class Mail do not have active tracking to show the progress of your package along the way. The information obtained by their website is not typically updated until the package is actually delivered to you.  We have no way of tracking the status of USPS First Class Mail packages, nor do we have any control over when the Postal Service delivers them.   If you feel you need to have package tracking / delivery confirmation, please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method; if it is not offered as a selection, please e-mail us for a USPS Priority Mail shipping quote BEFORE bidding or making an offer. Postal holidays and extreme weather will affect the ship date that Items shipped via USPS Parcel Post can take up to 14 business days to be delivered - if you cannot wait up to 14 business days to receive your package, please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping choice.  If Priority Mail is not listed as an option, please contact us to obtain a Priority Mail shipping quote BEFORE bidding or buying this item.  When insurance is required or requested it is the responsibility of the Buyer, as the recipient of the item, to submit and process claims with their post office themselves. You must submit the claim to be compensated for any shipping related damage.  The post office / UPS will require you to show the original packaging so please keep all boxes and materials until you inspect your item’s condition

ADDRESS CHANGES:   All address changes MUST be made BEFORE you submit your PayPal payment.  You MUST change the "ship to" address associated with your PayPal payment!  We will NOT ship items to a different address than the address associated to your PayPal payment.    This is PAYPAL's POLICY.  We also abide by it.   It is YOUR FAULT if items are sent to an old address because you did not properly update your contact information.
   

ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER:  If your item is returned as undeliverable due to your mistake in entering the correct ship to address, you will be responsible to pay the shipping and handling cost amount again to pay for postage for shipping the item a second time.  If your item is returned to us for being undeliverable, the post office doesn’t give us a refund for postage...we still get charged, and if you want it sent out a second time after your error, you will have to pay a second time.  This error is easily avoided - DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS TO AVOID ANY UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS.

  Processing and Shipping Times:

Firstly; please understand that I am not a FULL TIME eBayer. I endeavor to process payments and ship all items in a timely fashion, and some times the “real job” prevents immediate / same day shipments.   The “handling time” stated in this listing is typically the maximum that it takes us to get this item to the shipping company; most items are shipped sooner in that time window.  (Most of the time we “under promise and over deliver”).  But sometimes, getting items shipped out takes as long as the “handling time” states.  


Shipping notification e-mails are the sole notice you will receive that your item has been shipped.  Due to Postal Service policies, postmarks have to be forward dated to the date they receive the package, so an item that will be processed and shipped at 4:00 on Tuesday will have notification sent out on Wednesday.  Please keep in mind that sometimes we process packages outside of the USPS operating times, and this can affect when notification e-mails are sent by USPS...so please do not let that reflect on the level of service we provide.  Thanks!
